Festive Friday Submission for Erica's Design Team

Good Morning everyone...

Here is my submission for Festive Friday with Erica's Design Team....  I hope you like it...

I used the Close To My Heart Art Philosophy Cartridge... to make all the cards..  only 2 shown..

I cut <shape2> at 1 3/4 inches, it states this on the stamp cover...  and I chose to stamp "Happy Holidays" from the December 25th stamp set.  And I stamped at it using Vineyard Berry ink.

I cut the <leaf3> holly leave at 2 1/4 inches...  and then stamped it with New England Ivy ink from the Holiday Stamp set.  I did not use the berries.

I then stamped in the inside with New England Ivy with "Wishing you a Christmas filled with Love" from the Christmas Love stamp set.

Hope that you enjoyed my post today...  Please remember to check out Erica's Blog ..  Where I am a design team member..

Theme Thursday "Baby"

Today's submission is themed Baby...  so I took it literally..  LOL     I am submitting a layout with my baby birdie...

I used 3 Birds on Parade..

The lovebird in the swing was cut @ 3 inches...

Your Tweet was cut at 2 inches

And Maggie Mae was cut at 1 inch and I layered it ...
Bird in swing, Your Tweet, and Maggie Mae were all post on 3D squares to for that POP factor...

I matted each picture with glittered paper and used the I Rock and placed some bling to fill in the blank spaces...

  Thanks for looking...

Remembering September 11, 2001

I hope that on this day of remembering the terror attacks that took place in New York City, Washington DC and Shanksville PA.   I hope you are with your families and friends and thinking of those who didn't make it home to their loved ones.

Please remember how you felt that horrible morning...  Now invision what others felt when they knew their loved ones were gone.

Take this time to let the people you love know it...  And remember that in a flash it can be gone.
Let the little stuff go, don't sweat the small stuff...   And always say, I love you, I miss you, and Thank You.. because it might be that thing that person hears or you might say to that person.

Say your prayers tonight and remember all of those that were lost and our military members and their familes. For they are reliving this day over and over again..

Thank you for reading my blog.  I really appreciate it..  And even though I haven't met most of you, I love you.
